Office Management and HR
THIS IS A 12 MONTHS CONTRACT
Responsible for the running of the daily administrative functions with the office. This will cover IT, Facilities, Office filings etc. The role will also include being the link between the office and HO around HR issues etc. You will also support the CEO around procedures and processes within the office. Manage the office shared calendar. Ad hoc duties for Management and staff as required.
Applicants must have office management experience and strong organisation and IT skills. |
