The Role:
As a Transfer Agency Investor On boarding Supervisor, you will direct your resources to achieve overall client satisfaction and perform transfer agency functions in a controlled and efficient manner while maintaining high client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will be based around Product Development, Client Relationship Management and Staff Supervision. More specifically you will be responsible for actively monitoring the KYC requirements from clients to ensure full adherence to the established policies, liaising with internal & external auditors, remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives and educate clients continually, manage client’s demands and cross train employees on all aspects of IOB functions.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in an AML/KYC function and possesses strong aptitude for analysis, accuracy & organization. You must be a confident individual who can communicate effectively with others and has the ability to identify, recommend and implement solution based on your initiative. You must have well developed technology skills and knowledge or experience of Multifunds is an advantage. |
