The Role:
The TA Admin will be responsible for all aspects of shareholder servicing which includes processing subscriptions and redemptions, maintenance of the shareholder register, dealing with investor and client queries and providing the relevant reports to investors & clients within defined timeframes.
The main aspect of the role involves processing subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for a range of onshore & offshore funds. Other responsibilities include managing queries/enquiries, preparation & distribution of Investor statements, daily reconciliation of cash accounts and reporting of fund transactions to the relevant fund accountant teams.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience within Transfer Agency or similar position. Knowledge of varying fund types (retail funds, mutual and hedge funds) would be an advantage. Computer literacy is essential. You must be a team player who has good interpersonal & communication skills, and an ability to work on your own initiative. |
