The Role:
The Fund Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for providing leadership to the team and ensuring an excellent working environment at all times. Additionally, you will also monitor & review the workload of the team, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements. Specifically, you will deliver high quality service to clients ‑ both internal and external - by accurate, timely completion of all assigned tasks. Specific Accounting duties include ensuring Valuations are completed in an accurate manner and assisting in the preparation of client reporting.
In terms of team management - you will organise workloads, provide objective feedback to staff and conduct annual appraisals to ensure the development of team members. You may also be required to assist in small to medium size projects.
About You:
This role would suit someone who is a natural leader that demonstrates willingness to help others. Ideally, you will have experience as a Team Lead or Senior Fund Accountant with an emphasis on team management. You must have strong problem solving skills, able to organise own workload and establish priorities. Expert knowledge of Fund Services and PC proficiency is required. |
