| Description: |
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Relationship Managers, the Transfer Agency Operations Management and TA Product to establish and document service standards and procedures for Transfer Agency clients.
Assisting with the creation, maintenance and publication Transfer Agency Operational Guides for all clients
Developing expertise in changing industry initiatives (attend to presentations, work sessions & personal effort) and educate clients continually through presentations.
Establishing contacts at all levels at clients’ organizations as well as inter departmental.
Reviewing and discussing any client related issues requiring escalation with the Investor Relationship Managers and Transfer Agency Management
Proactively manage Transfer Agency client relationships
Co-ordinating and ensuring set-up of new funds and share classes
Co-ordinating activities across various locations for clients
Supervising the Shareholder Service Team as key contact for client/investor or inter-departmental queries arising
Responsible for the accurate and timely production of various client specific regular and ad hoc reports, including Board Packs and Monthly Management Report and regulatory reporting
Requirements:
Ideally you will have 5+ years of experience in Transfer Agency or the Funds Industry combined with 3+ years managing a team. |
