| Description: |
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relationships and act as their primary Investor Relations client relationship manager and an escalation point for their interaction with the team
Proactively manage the team’s daily workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and controls are adhered to
Coordinate, manage and monitor external audit process
Review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, Subscription documents, PPM’s and other materials
Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls
Review & approve of investor capital activity (call/distributions/transfers/rebalances)
Requirements:
Four years’ experience within fund administration, 3 of these within an Investor Relations environment within a Hedge Fund/Private Equity Administrator
3 years in a senior administrator/supervisory role in an Investor Relations environment |
