| Description: |
Are you a commercially focused Financial Controller within the FMCG space looking to join an established successful firm or an experienced Finance Manager looking to make the step up to a more senior role? This role is a key part of the management team and will have input into commercial decisions / strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of the Annual Financial statements
Development and implementation of financial strategy, planning and controls
Providing findings and analyses for management decisions
Development and implementation of scenario analysis
Create, monitor and update budgets and forecasts
Negotiate with funders and creditors to deliver financial strategy
Manage the cashflow of the Group
Report monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports
Continuous analysis of risk to the Group
Responsible for cost management, analysing budgets, planning and implementation of saving programs
Lead on the replacement / upgrade of the finance systems, implement systems that maximise automation and gives a scale-able solution for the Group's international plans
Ensure compliance with tax compliance matters (Corporation Tax, VAT, Payroll taxes, Third Party Returns and indirect taxes)
Develop the reporting capabilities of the finance department to meet stakeholder needs (KPI's, management accounts, budgetary performance etc.) in a timely manner
Lead the Finance team
Requirements
Qualified Accountant with 4+ years PQE
Previous experience in a similar role / FMCG business |
