Exciting opportunity to join a brand new team set up within a global wealth management company. This team provides support for the group’s information products, its key oversight responsibilities and the business as usual and day-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
Providing support to the group’s primary Information Products - Atlas Market Interactive (for Market Profiles & Bulletins) and Network Online Risk Monitoring & Assessment (for Subcustodian Due Diligence and Performance Management).
Coordination of the Subcustodian Performance Management program and process
Coordination of the Subcustodian Due Diligence program
Producing monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting - for regulatory compliance
Coordination of the groups key regular governance meetings
Project support
Records retention and data maintenance
Requirements:
Strong computer skills to include good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Share Point, and Adobe Acrobat.
2 years+ custody/trustee/depositary experience within fund administration |
