The Role:
The position ensures the firm's clients receive accurate & timely data, and serves as a point of escalation for complex client issues. This role sits within the Fund Accounting department and you will essentially oversee mutual fund accounting activities of several funds and will be the main point of contact for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage inquiries, incidents and escalated issues for your assigned clients
Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables
Work closely with internal & external counterparties on improvement of service levels
Ensure the accurate and timely valuation of accounting records and reports through analysis and review of fund accounting activities.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience in funds administration and is able to use their deep level of expertise in fund accounting and financial products to deliver outstanding client service. You must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will need to be experienced in daily mutual fund accounting activities and have a strong understanding of portfolio impacting aspects such as portfolio hedging, performance fees, or dilution levies.
