The Company:
My client is a large award winning global business that provides specialist financial services to alternative investment funds, investors, multinationals and private clients worldwide. They build longstanding relationships and their clients rely on them for providing meaningful and fulfilling work in the community.
The Role:
My client is looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant due to their continued expansion and success. You will be responsible for the calculation of net asset values on a variety of complex hedge funds. You will be looking after mutli-billion dollar clients and reporting directly to your accounts manager.
Your day to day tasks will include:
The training in of new Fund Accounting staff
Preparing year-end file and liaising with auditors
Developing and maintaining relationships with investors, managers, banks and auditors.
About you:
You will have a proven track record in your ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. You’ll be enthusiastic, positive, and enjoy engaging with people. You will have strong experience in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Word. Of course, be a clear communicator.
Finally, you should have an interest in exceeding expectations and continuous improvement and display an active interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry. |
