The Client:
Our client is a recognised Fund Administrator by the MFSA and is part of one of the the leading and most established companies in the financial and investment services industry.
Operating out of Malta along with their affiliate offices in Toronto and the Cayman Islands, they provide third-party Fund Valuation & Accounting, Unitholder Recordkeeping and Transfer Agency administration services to investment fund managers.
The Role:
Working on most aspects of the day to day fund accounting, transfer agency, compliance and reporting of a number of collective investment schemes
Establishing a strong relationship with the clients, assist with day to day requests and respond to their needs
Liaising with the funds’ investors, bankers, independent auditors and other service providers to the Funds
Regulatory Reporting
Requirements:
3rd level degree in one of the following; Accounting, Business Studies, Economics and other related degrees
1 year previous work experience in fund administration |
