Job Title: Company Secretarial Manager

Description:
The ideal candidate should have studied or is currently studying for a company secretarial qualification. Secretarial/administrative skills or experience gained in trustee/custody/fund administration are a distinct advantage. Computer literacy is essential - jobholders should be highly skilled in the use of spreadsheets and word processing packages.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of accuracy. Ability to adhere to rigid deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of board meetings of client funds
Assist with the preparation of the agenda and liaise with the relevant people in collating board papers for circulation to the directors prior to each board meeting of a client fund
Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including filing of annual returns, filing of audited accounts and other disclosures as and when required in connection with a fund
Assist in the preparation of company secretarial papers as shall be required by the board of a fund for board meetings from time to time
Administrative skills such as photocopying, scanning, mailing and the preparation and filing of documents
This candidate will be involved in problem solving, is flexible, displays initiative and innovation in suggesting new / better ways of doing things, and can work across a variety of projects. Computer literacy is essential - jobholders should be highly skilled in the use of spreadsheets and word processing packages.

Experience required:

Excellent minute taking experience, preferably in funds or legal environment
Superb communication skills and must be able to multi-task
Organisation and time management skills essential
People management preferred
5 - 8 years relevant experience
