The Client:
My client is one of the world’s leading financial services institutions. They are looking for an AML Administrator to join their expanding team based in the Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing organization.
The Role:
Conducting AML verification checks on investors.
Setting up of all new investor accounts and liaising with the dealing team in relation to this.
Following up on any outstanding AML requirements.
Ensuring that operational checklists are followed.
Provide support for senior members where required.
Responding to AML related queries promptly and professionally from investors via e-mail and phone.
To ensure all activities are carried out within regulatory guidelines.
To comply with appropriate internal controls and procedures.
Requirements:
Third level qualification in Business Studies / Accountancy / Finance or related discipline.
Knowledge of AML / KYC requirements in Ireland.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.
Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel. |
