| Description: |
The Role:
Understanding of asset liability management as it pertains to banking as well as nuances related to international entities
Experience working globally across multiple geographies
Intellectual curiosity and ability to drive project goals across functions with minimal oversight
Will need to understand the needs of business partners as well as BSM’s forecasting models and processes
Stress testing the balance sheet under adverse economic scenarios with the Global Stress Testing team
Producing the balance sheet and NII forecast and supporting liquidity calculations in coordination with Global Liquidity Management
Requirements:
3+ years of finance experience
Understanding of financial market dynamics
Ability to work with a high level of autonomy
Decision making skills
Experience of proactively working on a complex project
Business partnering skills within CFO group
Process design & improvement |
