The Company:
My client is looking to hire a Transfer Agent for their growing team. This role will be based in our clients state of the art office with a young and dynamic workforce located in a desirable location. My client has grown exponentially over the last few years becoming one of the world’s largest fund administration and middle office services to asset managers worldwide. They have more than 1200 staff across 38 offices globally.
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client they’re looking for a candidate with at least one years’ experience in a Transfer Agent role. My client offers excellent opportunities to grow within the company along with a fantastic company culture. You will develop and maintain client relations to mature institutional investors and fund managers. You will be involved in processing investor transactions, completing daily cash reconciliations and payments.
Your day to day will encompass such things as;
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and delivery of investor reporting
Act as the initial point of contact to the investor
Experience with Hedge/Mutual/Alternative Funds
Perform A-Z of NAV process and completion of daily cash reconciliations
About You:
You will be enthusiastic, analytical, and have strong end to end transfer agency experience. You will be able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent client relationship management skills coupled with excellent technical skills. Finally, you will have a Third Level degree preferably in Finance or Business. |
