| Description: |
The Role:
- Serve as a Director on the holding company and
subsidiary companies
- Serve on various board committees including Chairman
of a committee when required
- Personally attend all quarterly board meetings and at least one annually for each subsidiary
- To attend ad hoc and other meetings as required by phone
- Devote such time as necessary to fulfil these roles and comply with listing and related rules, company,
fiduciary and regulatory duties
- Maintain AML training and to demonstrate continuous CPD
- Keep informed on the aviation industry, market developments and market participants
- Regularly evaluate market risks as well as potential new
business opportunities and to act as a proactive member of a small board. |

| Required Skills: |
Essential requirements:
- At least ten years' experience at Director level in aircraft asset finance, leasing, acquisitions and disposals
- Executive experience at Board level
- Sufficient time to attend to time consuming matters at
short notice
- A team player and hands on executive style |
| Desirable Experience: |
Ideal requirements:
- Professionally qualified (financial/banking qualifications and/or MBA)
- Qualified director (IoD or similar)
- Broader experience in aircraft
management including oversight of refurbishments
and sale at end of lease
- Experience serving as a director of a listed company
(although this is not essential) |
