| Description: |
A large multinational financial services company in Dublin are looking for a reporting specialist to join a recently set up team to work on building reports and presentations to deliver to senior management, and at board meetings for multiple areas of the business.
The main aspect of the position is to collect and analyse data from different areas that are requested from senior management in order to work them into a report or presentation that the management requires for high level meetings. The areas vary and some of the information could be KPIs, KRIs, Headcount, HR Data, risk information etc. It all depends on what’s needed at that time, so there will always be different aspects to the role.
Having experience or knowledge on Central Bank of Ireland regulations would be a huge plus as you would be working closely with finance teams and will need to be aware of certain regulations. You will effectively conduct stakeholder management across the business and build relationships with different teams and managers to enable you to deliver the information in a timely manner.
You will get exposure to dealing with senior executives in one of the world’s largest financial firms and even be involved in board meetings, with access to some very sensitive information and initiatives. There will be opportunities to progress long term and move up the ladder with the company having massive growth potential in this area.

Requirements:
4+ Years’ experience within a reporting role
Knowledge of Central Bank regulations
Strong Microsoft Excel and presentation skills
Exposure to dealing with clients and senior management |
