| Description: |
My client, a global funds company in Dublin 2, is now recruiting for a funds compliance supervisor for their team based in Dublin 2. They plan to expand their compliance function and you will have a leading role in taking on staff for your team in this role. This is an exciting, dynamic opportunity for funds compliance professional to take the next step in their career with one of the leading financial services providers in Ireland.
Duties:
Coordinate all day to day compliance activities of the company's Irish regulated entities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and corporate policies
Support the Chief Compliance Officer with conducting, documenting and reporting on the compliance monitoring programme and follow-up implementation of findings/recommendations
Support the Chief Compliance Officer to co-ordinate information requests for Themed /Onsite Inspections from the CBI; other information requests and PRISM interviews
Ensure all regulatory filings and responsibilities of the company's Irish regulated entities are completed on time
Assist with the update and maintenance of the regulatory calendars
Support the roll out and development of compliance specific training programmes
Preparation of periodic compliance reports to the Board of Directors of the Irish regulated entities
Essential Requirements:
3+ years Compliance experience within the funds industry
Excellent knowledge of UCITS V and AIFMD
Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements of the different fund service providers within the Irish Funds industry |
