The Company:
My client is seeking to hire a Transfer Agent for their team. This role will be based in our clients state of the art office with a young and talented workforce located in a desirable location. My client provides trustee, depositary and global custody services. My client offers Fund Accounting, Administration and transfer Agency services to Collective Investment Schemes.
My client is seeking to hire a Transfer Agency Shareholder Services Supervisor. My client offers excellent opportunities to grow within the company along with a fantastic company culture. You will develop and maintain client relations to the mature institutional investors and fund managers, high-net-worth individuals, and daily communication with internal/external stakeholders combined with all relevant and associated administration. Your day to day will encompass such things as;
Previous experience training, mentoring, coaching or supervising other team members
Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds is an advantage
Handling of all inquiries with agreed internal and external Service Level Agreements
Oversight and identifying any potential issues and escalating where required
About You:
You will have strong exposure to financial markets and the funds industry. You’ll be enthusiastic, analytical, and have strong end to end transfer agency experience. You will be able to resolve complex issues and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent client relationship management skills coupled with excellent technical skills and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. Finally, you will have a Third Level degree preferably in Finance or Business. |
