The Company:
My client is looking to hire a Client Operations Associate for their growing team. This role will be based in our client’s state of the art office with a young and dynamic workforce located a desirable location. My client is known as a high-quality service provider and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client they’re looking to add a Graduate to their team. You will provide support to the Corporate Services Business by managing large client base across a range of business lines including Aviation, Structured Finance and Corporate Treasury. You will be responsible for numerous tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, payments, transaction, document execution, PAYE submissions, bank account management and general office administration. Your day to day will encompass such things as;
Consistently providing high quality service across a diversified product base and client list.
Collaborate with the Operations Team Manager to develop procedures and processes to develop growth within the Client Operations team.
About You:
You will be able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent communicational/Interpersonal skills coupled with excellent technical skills. Finally, you will have a Third Level degree preferably in Finance or Business. |
