About my Client
My client, a long established Global Leader in the provision of Financial Services and Fund Administration is currently seeking to add to their Service Delivery team within their Transfer Agency and Investor Services Department. They are company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth.
About the Role
This is very much a client focussed role, with relationship management and service delivery the core element. You will manage high profile investment funds, managing and building a trusted partnership with their Principals and their Investors. You’ll also be part of due diligence, oversight, governance, board meetings and more.
This is an individual contributor position so you have no direct reports ‑ the client is your key consideration. You will however be expected to have leadership abilities.
Change Management and Project work will take up an important portion of your role which will require you to plan, develop and roll out a variety of initiatives across local and wider afield departments, be mindful of risk.
About You
You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious and motivated manager. One who exudes professionalism and integrity and comfortable in engaging with clients that require a nuanced approach, engaging and facing high profile clients striving for high quality service whilst managing Regulatory & Business Change Operational Risk, Control, and Compliance best practice ensuring all work is carried out in line with the Funds’ Prospectus.
You will also have excellent Operational Transfer Agency experience, ideally from an A-Z process including Cash Reconciliations, and Dealing & Transaction Processing.
You’ll be keen to further your career in the short to medium term and really be a person who can ultimately see the bigger picture in a large organisation. |
