| Description: |
Join a boutique investment company as part of their newly established private equity team based in Dublin 2. If you are an experienced investor services professional with private equity experience I would love to discuss this exciting new team with you in more detail.
Responsibilities:
Serve as main daily contact for a number of Private Equity clients.
Develop relationships with all client contacts including investment professionals, investors, lawyers, auditors and banking personnel.
Liaising with the fund accounting team
Preparation of capital call and distribution calculations and notices.
Preparation of Investors Capital Statements and relevant calculations.
Assist in coordinating annual fund audits.
Efficient problem, error and query resolution
Meet all reporting deliverables.
Maintain a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal relationship managers and other business units.
At supervisor level, duties will include following:
Training coach and mentor new employees; develop and motivate staff
Providing input and feedback regarding employees’ ongoing performance / development and performance appraisals.
Reviewing and approving work performed by junior staff.
Requirements:
3 - 5 years’ experience in an investor services role with at least two of those working in Private Equity or Hedge funds
Experience in working on a Private Equity system, (Investran desirable)
Knowledge of Private Equity structures and regulatory requirements
Have experience in reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM’s.
3rd Level Degree in Finance or Business
