About my Client
My client is a leading provider of financial services activities and third party UCITS Management Company and AIFM Services to a large number of investment funds.
About the Role
This is a key hire for the business as it is a role which is extremely important for the functions success. It is a highly varied role which requires the incumbent to work across the full suite of services from ensuring compliance and regulatory reporting requirements are met, to relationship management, distribution & marketing, budget management, risk management, fund launches, attendance at board meetings, and to co-ordinate requirements from company secretaries, designated persons, the board ‑ among much else!
About You
As the you will play such an important role in the business, my client are seeking someone who already has ManCo and/or AIFM experience.
Due to the role’s dynamic nature, you’ll need to be organised, be an excellent planner, be able to influence and build relationships internally and externally, and be comfortable with legal and regulatory requirements for UCITS & AIFs. What’s more, you should be able to co-ordinate effectively between multiple teams, know your way around a financial statement and be able to create and maintain a procedural framework. |
