The Company:
My client has been in operation in Ireland since 1973. My client offers the varied activities of Corporate and Institutional Banking, Securities Services comprising both Custody and Administration Services and Real Estate Advisory. They’re a leading bank in Europe with an International reach in over 72 countries with more than 200,000 employees worldwide.
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client they’re looking to add a Product Support Administrator to their growing team. You will be responsible for assisting department head with management tasks, prioritising tasks and delegating accordingly to the rest of the team, assisting with the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for Head Office, BLs, and KPIs, be the first and single point for both the Internal and External operational clients from the program’s implementation until its exit, management of CSC Client Queries received by e-mail and phone, training and support all the internal and external clients on new features implemented by CSC, maintain CSC Client Queries user guide and provide CSC credentials.
About You:
You’ll be energetic, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills. You will have a strong academic record coupled with managing a busy and diverse workload and be very mindful of reporting deadlines, and be a team player. You’ll be computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. If you are looking to develop and progress your career this is the right opportunity for you. |
