Description: |
The Role:
Help to support and provide insight to our clients to provide insight to make sure they get the most out of our software.
Work with new clients through implementation and on boarding projects.
Work with sales and account management to prepare prospect presentation and demos.
Work on and manage ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at delivering constant improvement to our processes and functions.
Interface with product and technical teams to interpret and action client feedback.
Collaborate with technical teams to help resolve customer issues.
Key Requirements:
3-5 post years post college experience.
Preferably in a client facing business analyst role.
Proven analytics and data management skills e.g. Excel, SQL.
Strong interest in software and technology.
Energetic and self-motivated with a €can do€ attitude.
Able to problem solve and take a task from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
