Are you currently working in the Funds Industry and looking to progress? Then provided you have the experience you may be interested in this opportunity to become a Transfer Agency Manager.
My client, a well-respected fund company with worldwide locations, is looking for TA Manager Representatives for their Dublin office. Excellent benefits and salary are on offer for the successful candidates.
Duties:
Manages supervisors and staff
Liaises with clients, trustees and external auditors
Project management re take-on of new business
Signs off daily money movements
Reviews commission payments
Ensures that dividends, capital withdrawal payments and monthly savings plans are executed correctly and on time
Organises workflows for the department
Provides support for Team Leaders and staff
Ensures that Service Levels and Quality Controls are recorded and reported to clients
Updates clients on outstanding issues
Reviews complaints/breaches files on a regular basis and ensures that all issues are resolved
Ensures procedures manuals are kept up-to-date and adhered to
Prepares and updates administration timetables for all clients |
