About my Client
My client is a leading provider of a suite of Financial Services. This role sits within the Corporate Services division who’s industry client base includes management companies, unit trusts, banks, insurance companies, aircraft lessors, commodities, and funds. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role
This role has is newly created for the function. It is very much a hands on, busy and varied role. You’ll work closely with a team of Legal and Accounting professionals assisting with providing services such as directorship, company incorporation and registration, ensuring filings are timely and accurate under the Companies Act, auditing, preparation of annual returns, maintenance of the register, preparation of board packs and minute taking, and a host of other investor services.
About You
You’ll be an ambitious legal or company secretary with at least 1 years of experience in from a similar company in corporate service or structure finance, or indeed a legal firm. You will be keen to work in a fast paced and dynamic team, comfortable with managing a varied workload and develop and promote strategy.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you’ll be a liaison for high profile clients, governmental institutions and regulatory bodies. There is opportunity for travel should you wish to work in offices abroad from London, Canada to the Caribbean. |
