The Company:
My client is looking to hire a Fund Accountant AVP for their growing team. This role will be based in our client’s state of the art office with a young and dynamic workforce located a desirable location. My client is known as a high-quality service provider and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client they’re looking to add a Transfer Agent AVP to their growing team. Responsible for the review of the calculation of monthly & quarterly valuations including but not limited to Management fee & Waterfall calculations along with approving the fund valuations prior to be released externally, Updating accounting and client relationship management systems, updating and verifying statistical information, preparing financial statements and working with external auditors.
About You:
You will be able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent communicational/Interpersonal skills coupled with excellent technical, organisational and problem solving skills. You should have Private Equity fund accounting experience and experience using the system Investran. Finally, you will have a Third Level degree preferably in Finance or Business. |
