About my Client
My client is a leading Financial Institution providing a broad range of services. This role sits within their Institutional and Corporate Banking division.

About the Role
This is a brand new team currently being set up in the Dublin office. Sitting firmly within the Middle Office, the function of the team is to provide a structured layer of communication and control between the Back Office Administration teams and Front Office Credit teams.
In this senior role you’ll be responsible for controlling credit/loans from drawdown through to repayment, and for the onboarding of new credit and product into the business, acting as the go to bridge for implementations. You will also be accountable for product creation and updates, ensuring it meets control framework criteria before any release to market.
It is an interesting and busy role, contributing to the continued development of the risk management framework, managing complex credit deals, managing all pre-close requirements prior to drawdown, through to reporting and analytics, managing covenants, regulatory reporting and much more.
There is a significant opportunity to grow in the position as the team is expected to grow quickly in the next 12 months alone.
About You
You will have at least 5 years of experience within a Credit Control function, ideally from a background of Corporate Banking. Experience in Credit Risk, Audit (Big 4 Audit of Banking clients and Credit Lines), an Internal Control Function with exposure to Credit, and experience with Supply Chain Finance will all be highly considered. |
