The Company:
This role will be based in our client’s state of the art office with a young and dynamic workforce located a desirable location. My client is known as a high-quality service provider and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client they’re looking to add a Company Secretarial Team Manager.
Manage a team of 4-5 qualified company secretaries providing consistent quality services to agreed deadlines
Cultivate a knowledge and understanding of the Company Secretarial services, in order to identify further opportunities to sell those services and to develop other service offerings
Manage all related HR information, and compile and distribute departmental/ functional/ employee MI at pre-agreed intervals
Establish and maintain motivational people management practices.
About You:
You will be able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent communicational/Interpersonal skills coupled with excellent technical skills. Finally, you will have a Third Level degree preferably in Finance or Business. |
