| Description: |
Overview:
My client is one of the world’s leading financial services institutions. They are looking for a Trustee Supervisor to join their team. The role is a permanent position with strong scope for progression in the first 2 years.
Responsibilities:
Prepare compliance and NAV reviews in accordance with the Depositary’s policies and procedures
Perform and review daily cash-flow monitoring
Perform asset verification checks
Liaise with the global sub-custodians, administrator and prime brokers, as required
Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines
Develop and maintain strong business relationship with colleagues
Participate in new fund launches
Participate in annual due diligence oversight program of administrators, sub-custodians and AIFM and UCITS managers
Participate in internal audit reviews
Experience Requirements:
5 years+ experience in depositary focused on performance of NAV, compliance reviews and asset verification checks
Detailed knowledge of fund administration systems; Advent Geneva, SunGard Invest one, Investier and Investran
A third level business or finance degree or professional qualification
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential
Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Positive ‘can do’ attitude with excellent problem solving skills
Detail-oriented
Team player
Flexible / Adaptable
P.C. proficient, particularly regarding Excel and Word
Individual must be highly motivated with the ability to progress within a dynamic environment |
