| Description: |
Fund Accounting Manager and Supervisor positions have opened up in Dublin with a number of global Fund Administrators. The positions are working with Private Equity and Hedge Funds, but for people looking to make a transition into the Private Equity space, training will be provided.
You will work on and lead projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business and participate in managerial functions including performance reviews, appraisals and continuous coaching of fund accountants.
You will also supervise staff in an €Account€, reviewing and signing off on work but there will be more business focused duties, such as participating in presentations to existing and prospective clients, working on and leading projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business and participating in managerial functions in conjunction with the Managing Director

Then day to day you will Identify gaps in controls and processes and putting process improvements in place, coordinate new client on-boarding, conduct client relationship management and ensure that all reporting is prepared, reviewed and released accurately among others.

Requirements:
4+ years€ experience in Transfer Agency
Knowledge of AML procedures
Experience with Hedge/Mutual/Alternative Funds
