About my Client
My client, an established Asset Manager with and impressive 100 year heritage, is currently seeking to grow their small Dublin based UCITS Management Company. They are a traditional, long-only focussed investment firm with a deep investor focus and are performing with excellent client returns.
About the Role
Arising due to CP86 regulatory requirements, this is very much a consultative yet hands on position of significant importance. Reporting to the Country Head, you will be the interface with the CBI, the board, 3rd party service providers and other designated persons. Projects surrounding new fund launches, products and their distribution will require your close management.
Day to day, you’ll oversee Regulatory and Compliance management issues, review monthly service provider reporting, provide and deliver quarterly board reporting, complete due diligence visits and monitor service provider performance and create solutions for any arising issues.
About You
Although receiving absolute support from management, it is expected that you be able to fully stand on your own two feet and work with independence, setting their own agendas and goals. You’ll have at least 10 years’ experience within a similar role in an Asset Manager, be able to communicate complex issues with simplicity, be an influencer and a relationship builder.
