Compliance Officer
The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Compliance with ensuring that the Companies operations are carried out in compliance. This will cover Central Bank of Ireland Regulatory requirements, Governance and Compliance Framework, Company Code of Conduct and Company Policies.
This will include being responsible for providing operational compliance support to the Companies operations. Facilitate the Companies business strategy and keep the Company operations in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with the Companies Governance and Compliance framework. Conduct compliance monitoring and testing. Provide appropriate and timely reporting on compliance and regulatory issues to the Head of Compliance and management. Assist the Head of Compliance with the preparation of compliance reports for the Companies Board. Prepare the annual compliance statement based on relevant legislation. Implement and maintain the Companies. compliance manual and annual plan. Lead in managing the Companies control framework and assure compliance with it. Assist in the design and implementation of effective compliance reporting across the Companies operations. Collaborate with colleagues in Risk Management, Internal Audit, HR and Legal teams to coordinate monitoring, assurance and transactional advice to the business. Contribute to the training and development needs of the Companies employees to ensure staff are fully aware of existing and changing compliance obligations. |

| Experience: |
Experience in a compliance role in a regulated entity or entities. Professional Certificate or Professional Diploma in Compliance. |
