The Company:
My client is looking to hire a Compliance Manager for their growing team. My client is known as a high-quality service provider and forward-thinking organisation. They have over 40 offices worldwide 3000+ employees and have acquired a number of companies in the last few years to become one of the largest fund administrators.
The Role:
Maintain the Companies’ Compliance Framework in terms of emerging legislation, revised controls and new business processes / functions
Working actively with the Irish national and Group head of Compliance and Data Protection ensuring delivery and completion of the annual Compliance plan
Implementation of regulatory implications of new products launches and service extensions
Requirements:
2-3 years’ Compliance experience in a ManCo, Investment Manager or Funds Service Provider.
Good technical abilities and knowledge of applicable regulations (UCITS, AIFMD)
Provide detailed and analytical analyses of risks posed to the business
Degree Qualified and compliance qualification desirable |
