The Company:
My client is looking to hire a Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager for their growing team. My client is known as a high-quality service provider and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing and growing a team of Senior Fund Accountants and Fund Accountants. You will work with the VP and other managers in connection with administration of funds within the team. You will have extensive experience in auditing or administration of private equity funds. Your day to day will encompass such things as;
The individual will be responsible for the review of the reconciliation and calculation of periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) net asset values of various funds
Reconciling transactions related to the investment portfolios, dividends and interest, corporate actions and investor capital activity
Updating accounting and client relationship management systems, updating and verifying statistical information, preparing financial statements, and working with external auditors
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a Fund Accounting role
Third level degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions |
