Management Accounting
This Dublin 2 based Company has an urgent need for an experienced management accounting person. The role will offer a competitive salary along with pension and bonus. In this role you will be responsible for processing invoices, expense and credit card payments for payment in the system on an ongoing basis, maintaining petty cash, and dealing with any creditor queries. Preparing client billings on a quarterly basis and addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner. Performing monthly and quarterly financial accounting for the company with responsibility for inter alia posting journals in the general ledger accounting system, calculating revenue, preparing bank reconciliations, posting accruals and recharges, and reviewing and maintaining all fixed asset registers, prepayment and accruals schedules and other balance sheet schedules. Analysing the drivers of expenditure variances for management at least quarterly and preparing the quarterly expense pack, ancillary analytical reports, commentary and board pack for the company. |
