| Description: |
One of the largest Fund Administration Companies in Ireland are experiencing massive growth in their Dublin function, and are looking to add a fund accounting supervisor to their Fund Accounting team which is split between Private Equity and Hedge Funds.
The Role:
Throughout this role you will be reviewing monthly NAV’s for both Private Equity and Hedge funds. You will be responsible for the development and training of new junior staff, as well as working with clients and investors on a daily bases, to ensure concerns and queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. As a fund accountant supervisor you will be operating on all aspects of the investments and controls, which include, setting up investors, processing trades, and distributions.
The successful fund accountant supervisor will get a great benefit package which would include education assistance, medical insurance and a great emphasis on work/life balance
You will be responsible of releasing the NAV to public bodies such as Bloomberg
Varication of funds and pricing
Reviewing and creating management calculations in line with fund LPAs
Cash and asset reconciliations to custodians
Requirements:
Third level degree
Understanding of Hedge Fund structures and the fund administration business
People management
2-3 years of experience in Funds |
