Overview:
Our client, in the fintech space, is currently recruiting for a Strategic Partnership Manager to act as the key intermediary in their emerging European business portfolio. With 100% employee growth over the past 12 months, the team currently sits at 25 in their new offices in Dublin 4. With plans to continue this growth in to 2020, the Strategic Partnership Manager is a fundamental hire in enabling this continued success. Their current clients include corporates across a variety of industries. Central to the role is the development of strategic alliances with consultancy firms.
Responsibilities:
Make introductions to and establish relationships with non-customer market participants (consultancy firms etc.)
Develop the relationship from the intro stage through to generating deal flow. This will involve:
Arranging initial meetings, demos and presentations
Managing information follow ups and further meetings/ demos
Developing nurturing and frequent communication strategies
Seeking the opportunity to increase deal flow wherever possible
Develop strategies for establishing new and growing existing relationships
Staying on top of market movements and trends and developing propositions to meet new market requirements
Managing deal flow from partners through to sales team
Key requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in consultancy/ business development
Strong at initiating engagement with potential partners
Experience at leads generation from alliances and partnerships
Experience in a corporate environment
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic and motivated
Strong interest in finance, software and technology |
