The Company:
For Irish and Cayman domiciled funds, my client and G.A.S. (Cayman) Ltd provide a complete fiduciary oversight function for the funds and its service providers as required by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and the Cayman Island Monetary Authority (CIMA).
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client they’re looking to hire a Trustee Supervisor. The main responsibility of the role is the Supervision of a team who oversee the review of a portfolio of Funds across multiple fund structures and asset types supervise the completion of the department NAV reviews, client reporting, compliance reviews
Liaise with clients to ensure errors/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner
Identify and propose procedural enhancements
Maintain an appropriate control environment to ensure the firm fulfils its depositary responsibilities
Participate in new fund launches
Requirements:
At least 5 years industry experience, with at least 2-3 years being direct Trustee experience
A third level business / Finance related qualification
Extensive AIFMD and UCITS regulatory knowledge is key and a clear understanding of the Depositary requirements under these regulations |
