| Description: |
The Role:
Perform review and approval on all investor FATCA/CRS documents in accordance with fund documentation requirements
Responsible for investigations into rejected FATCA/CRS documents and missing FATCA/CRS documents
Ensure efficient resolution of client and investor queries
Maintain a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal relationship managers and other business unit
Ensure all established FATCA/CRS processes and controls are completed accurately and to specified deadlines
Ensure accurate and complete investor and client data is maintained in the FATCA/CRS systems
Work on Projects/adhoc tasks within the Transfer Agency and the AML Team as required
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills - PC proficient
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time for efficiency and to meet strict deadlines |
