About my Client
My client is a leading provider of Administration, Banking and Corporate Services to diverse Financial Services industry client base including management companies, unit trusts, banks, aircraft lessors, commodities, and alternative and traditional investment funds. A company with not only an excellent reputation, but also one with an extremely capable, tenured Senior Management team who have exciting and well-defined plans for team and company growth for their Cork Office.
About the Role
This hire has arisen due to new and pipelined new business for their mid-sized Cork office. This new business contains primarily Hybrid fund structures. Reporting to a Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivery of exceptional fund accounting services to a range of clients providing them with a consistently high level of client service.
Day to day responsibilities include regulatory reporting, net asset value calculation, investor and fund manager liaison, review of tax returns and balances amongst plenty more.
About You
You will have around 1-2 years’ experience within a similar function - prior Fund Accounting experience is preferred but practice trained accountants with accounts preparation experience, and a basic knowledge of investment funds would be strongly considered. A part qualified accountancy qualification would be a distinct advantage.
You will also have an excellent attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn coupled with the traits of a self-starter and comfort with initial remote management due to COVID-19 |
