The Company:
My client is looking to hire a Transfer Agent for their growing team. This role will be based in our clients state of the art office with a young and dynamic workforce located in a desirable location.
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client is looking to hire a Junior Analyst for the AEOI reporting team. You will be responsible for assisting the Transfer Agency department with the daily, monthly and annual functions surrounding FATCA and CRS. Your day to day will encompass such things as;
Perform review and approval on all investor FATCA/CRS documents in accordance with fund documentation requirements and SEI procedures;
Ensure all established FATCA/CRS processes and controls are completed accurately and to specified deadlines;
Ensure accurate and complete investor and client data is maintained in the FATCA/CRS systems;
Ensure accurate and timely client reporting;
Perform quality control checks and approval on client correspondence, investor and compliance reporting;
Responsible for investigations into rejected FATCA/CRS documents and missing FATCA/CRS documents;
Maintain a good working relationship with external clients as well as with internal relationship managers and other business units within SEI;
Managing oneself to keep up to date with industry developments around FATCA/CRS and other similar regulatory changes;
About You:
You will be enthusiastic, analytical, and have a positive can do attitude. You will be able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent client relationship management skills coupled with excellent technical skills. Finally, you will have a Third Level degree preferably in Finance or Business. |
