| Description: |
This successful company is looking for a Compliance Associate & Senior Compliance Associate to join their compliance department. This company is growing at a fast pace and one of Ireland's largest financial companies, the office is based in Dublin’s City Centre.
The Role:
Ensure that a comprehensive compliance environment is maintained and supported within the business and will help and monitor all compliance documentation that goes out of the business to insure it is adhered to the annual compliance monitoring plan.
You will be liaising with various departments, including supervisors and managers to complete various projects for the business and to create awareness to any risks within the business and ensure any issues identified are escalated for resolutions in a timely manner.
You will provide assistance to the compliance officer as well as the senior compliance associate and would implement new procedures and will have maintenance of policy and procedural documents and preparation of periodic compliance reports
Requirements:
2 years+ in the funds industry, ideally within compliance
Good I.T sills
AML and compliance experience
FACTA/CRS reporting
