About my Client
My client is an independent global leader in the provision of Financial and Fund Administration services. They are a company with an excellent reputation with an extremely capable and tenured Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region. They are one of the few companies who have been actively interviewing, offering and remotely onboarding new staff through the two quarters.
About the Role
In a technically challenging role, you will work as part of a small team responsible for leading the business change process from inception to implementation. Working with several lines of business such as Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency, you will build and roll out medium to large projects from front to end. This will include planning, multi-regional stakeholder management, risk management and mitigation, budget planning, forecast reporting and more.
This is a very interesting and rare role with a broad scope, which will put you in a position to make a real impact to the business process on a significant scale, not only here in Ireland but wider afield.
About You
You will be a self-starter who can work equally as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will need Project Management and Business Analysis experience or a proven record of accomplishment in leading Business Process improvements/Transformations so of course need strong analytical and project management skills. As this role requires oversight of BAU Operations team members involved in the project, strong operational proficiency or understanding in Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Middle Office and other core processing is expected.
Additionally, a Project Management qualification in Prince II or PMP would be sought after but qualification by experience is absolutely accepted. |
