| Description: |
The Role:
Due to massive growth my client are looking to recruit a dynamic and driven individual to manager the Finance & Admin function. My client offers excellent opportunities for further career development, with a competitive salary and generous on top earnings, with a rewarding benefits package.
Your day to day will encompass such things as;
Ensure all invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner.
Manage electronic banking system and process electronic payments.
Ensure accurate quarterly rent and service charge invoices are sent to tenants and collected in a timely manner.
Ensure bank accounts are reconciled monthly.
Prepare quarterly management accounts, to include P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, prepayments & accruals.
Complete VAT returns for the various companies
Process monthly payroll and ensure payroll taxes are submitted on a timely basis.
Ensure all internal controls are adhered to and ensure all relevant regulations are complied with.
Support DOC and RK in relation to annual budgeting and forecasting.
Support in the completion of Corporation Tax returns.
Ad hoc projects as required by DOC.
Ensure timely submissions of other regulatory reports.
Maintain effective working relationships with external partners and internal colleagues.
About You:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 8+ years.
Technically strong with a good understanding of IRFS.
Proficient in the use of Sun GL System and MS Office Suite.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to take the initiative to deliver successful outcomes.
Proven experience on successful implementation of key projects.
The candidate must be able to participate in and facilitate group meetings, have strong communication skills, and an excellent working knowledge of accounting disciplines such as financial reporting, compliance, reporting and budget preparation. |
