About my Client
My client is a global leader in the provision of Financial Services and Fund Administration services. They are a company with an excellent reputation with an extremely capable and tenured Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region. They are one of the few companies who have been actively interviewing, offering and remotely onboarding new staff through the last 2 consecutive quarters.
About the Role
In a technically challenging role, you will work as part of a small team responsible for leading the business change process and building solutions for new and existing clients and prospects for the group. This might include new business implementations, fund set ups, modelling, build out and launch of client interfaces and product offerings, creating BRDs, prospectus review, lead and coordinate between various business partners (legal, compliance, risk, operations, IT, relationship management, registrations, prime brokers and other counterparties etc.), assisting in automation and workflow process enhancements, risk management, business change, regulatory change, and more.
In supporting the broader team with ongoing project initiatives, you will assist in resolving client issues with system integration and reporting, and implement efficient solutions to improve their processing.
This is a very interesting and rare role with a broad scope, which will put you in a position to make a real impact to the business process on a significant scale.
About You
You will be a self-starter who can work equally as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will need Business Analysis experience or a proven record of accomplishment in leading Business Process improvements, implementations, new client transitions, significant changes to existing clients etc. so of course need strong analytical and project management skills. As this role requires oversight of BAU Operations team members, strong operational proficiency in Fund Accounting & Depositary experience is preferred with a good working knowledge of Middle Office, Brokerage and or other operations. Hedge/Alternative Funds experience is required.
Additionally, a Project Management qualification would be sought after but qualification by experience is absolutely accepted. |
