About my Client
My client, one of the world’s largest banks, provides Fund Administration and Asset Servicing to a suite of asset, wealth and investment managers including fund accounting, investor services, custodial banking, depositary services and more.
About the Role
This senior hire has arisen due to team expansion, and due to growth of existing business and pipelined new business for their mid-sized Dublin Office. Reporting to Director of the Private Equity function, you will be responsible for delivery of exceptional administration services to a range of clients. You will act as business manager to key investment managers and investors providing them with a very high level of service.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the team are a high performing, efficient unit. You will manage workflows, review their work (NAVs, performance fees, waterfalls, journal entries, general/sub ledgers, capital calls, pricing etc), release it to clients and be those clients first point of contact. You will partake in your team’s goal setting, one to one meetings and annual appraisals.
Change management and Project work will take up a portion of your role which will require you to plan, develop and roll out a variety of initiatives across local and wider afield departments. You’ll need to keep close to risk & controls and perform quarterly risk reviews ensuring robust controls are in place.
About You
You’ll be an ambitious Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor ready for the next step with a depth of experience in Private Equity and/or Real Estate Accounting from a Fund Administrator, Accountancy Firm or Asset Manager. You’ll be keen to shine in a growing organisation. |
