About my Client
My client, an established Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to grow out their Transfer Agency Department on the back of new business wins. They are a US company with strong roots in Ireland. They carry an excellent reputation from employees and clients alike, and have an extremely capable and tenured Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
My client will interview, offer and virtually onboard for this position with 100% work from home at onboarding stage.
About the Role
This is very much a hands on Supervising position, managing and building a trusted relationship with your clients and your team. With a small team of Analysts reporting into you, you’ll be responsible for staff development, training, workflow processing and the review and sign off of their work as well as getting involved in more technical aspects of the position such as projects, process improvements and technical client queries.
This department is run A-Z and is not functionalised, nor is the work offshored, so the opportunity for a more rounded day to day is available.
About You
You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious Transfer Agency Supervisor or Senior Analyst ready for the next step. Ideally you will have 4-5 years’ experience within Transfer Agency or Investor Services with a deep knowledge of complex Hedge product. You will be the type of person who exudes professionalism, initiative, is interested in the Financial Services industry and comfortable in leading by example. You’ll be very much client centric - there is no separate Relationship Management team. You and your line managers have sole care of the client base.
