Position Description:
The Depositary aspect of the business provides custody services to Irish and Non-Irish collective investment schemes and is responsible for managing the funds and to they are managed in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Depositary section will communicate on a daily with Investment Managers, Global Custodians, Prime Brokers and Administrators on an ongoing basis. The individual must be self-motivated, have the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst operating within strict deadlines.
The Role:
You will be required to work both independently and as part of a large team to ensure that your allocated clients are in full compliance with regulatory requirements
Perform compliance and NAV reviews in accordance with the Depositary guidelines, policies and procedures. Perform and review daily cash-flow monitoring
Perform asset verification checks
Meet reporting deliverables and deadlines, Interact with internal and external parties, Adhoc tasks/projects as required
Requirements
A third level business or finance degree or professional qualification
6 months+ experience in funds administration and/or depositary focused on NAV preparation and/or performance of compliance reviews
Team player
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet deadlines.
P.C. proficient particularly regarding Excel and Word.
Individual must be highly motivated with the ability to progress within a dynamic environment |
